We swap the bags

We weigh at intake and text you the weigh ticket. Your card on file is charged for exactly what we washed.

Founding accounts get their first two weeks free. On-route accounts have a $40 weekly minimum. Accounts outside our current routes (within about 2 miles) are served on the nearest route day, with a 40 lb weekly minimum or a $15 delivery fee.

Questions businesses ask.
A busy salon or barbershop runs about 40–60 lbs of towels a week, roughly $100–$150 a week at $2.50/lb. You only pay for what we weigh, with a $40 weekly minimum.
After each weekly weigh-in. We text you the weigh ticket and charge your card on file for that week's pounds. Nothing is charged at signup.
No. Tell us where to leave clean bags and where dirty ones will be. The driver photographs every handoff.
No. Cancel anytime with 14 days' notice by text or email. There are no rental fees, fuel or environmental surcharges, or lost-item penalties, because the towels are yours.
That week is free. We still swap your bag as soon as we can, and you aren't charged for those pounds. (Misses we didn't cause, like a closed shop or a blizzard, don't count.)
Apps make you book every pickup and send whoever is available, often to wash in home machines. We run a fixed weekly route: same day, same window, commercial machines, and a scale photo of every bag so your bill is exact.
North Brooklyn: Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. Outside our routes but within about 2 miles? Sign up anyway. We serve you on the nearest route day, with a 40 lb weekly minimum or $15 delivery fee until we route through your area.
