6. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and scheduling a pickup through ZipWash, you expressly consent to receive transactional and informational SMS/text messages from ZipWash related to your orders and account. These messages may include:

  • Order confirmations and pickup/delivery scheduling
  • Real-time status updates (pickup confirmed, washing in progress, out for delivery, delivered)
  • Driver ETA notifications
  • Invoice and payment notifications
  • Customer support communications

Message frequency: Varies based on order activity, typically 3–6 messages per order.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation. Opting out may affect our ability to provide real-time order updates.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ZipWash does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to provide ZipWash services and communications as described in this policy.

7. Children

ZipWash is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
