These Terms of Service govern your use of ZipWash laundry pickup and delivery services. By booking service, using the website, or otherwise interacting with ZipWash, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
ZipWash coordinates laundry pickup, wash and fold processing, and delivery through our Brooklyn operating network and partner facilities.
2. Eligibility And Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate contact, address, and order information and to ensure that submitted items are appropriate for standard laundry processing unless special handling is clearly identified.
3. Pricing And Payment
- Wash and fold pricing is based on current posted rates and actual measured weight.
- A reservation deposit may be required to hold the pickup slot.
- The deposit is applied toward the final total when the order is processed.
- Unpaid orders may be delayed or canceled.
4. Scheduling And Access
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup instructions and reasonable access to the pickup and delivery location during the selected window.
5. Restricted Items
Do not include hazardous materials, items prohibited by law, or articles that require care outside the agreed service scope unless expressly approved in advance.
6. Claims And Satisfaction
If there is a problem with your order, contact ZipWash promptly. Rewash, refund, and garment-protection outcomes may depend on the nature of the issue and the timeliness of the report.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipWash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
8. SMS/Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number when scheduling a pickup, you consent to receive transactional SMS/text messages from ZipWash. These messages include order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, driver ETA notifications, invoices, and customer support communications.
Message frequency varies based on order activity (typically 3–6 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@zipwash.co.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all other major U.S. carriers. Opting out of SMS may affect our ability to provide real-time order updates. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes To The Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, website, or pricing model over time.
